I appreciate every order and take pride in handcrafting each unique piece. As each piece is made to order in the studio, I'm sure you'll understand that delivery/shipping will take a little longer than standard retailers.
Please allow two to three days for in-stock pieces, and up to one week for most made to order collection pieces to be packaged and shipped to you.
Please check the info in the item listing to find out if your piece is in-stock or made to order as well as the timeframes for dispatch.
Delivery is charged in accordance with size and destination. All orders have the option of Standard Shipping or Tracked & Signed. For high value purchases I highly recommend using tracked and signed shipping.

I also cannot be responsible for any lost, stolen parcels. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and safe shipping address, if an item is lost I will happily do everything in my power to help you track it down.
If incorrect information is provided the customer will have to pay for any additional shipping corrections.

CUSTOM WORK
HOW LONG DOES CUSTOM WORK TAKE?
Custom made work from the Biotecture collection can take up to 5-7 days to create, package and have ready for dispatch.
- Each item in the Gallery has an indicative time for creation and dispatch noted in it's description and I will make every effort to honour those time-frames.
- If for any reason, I am unable to meet those initial time-frames due to unforeseen reasons, I will contact you within 24 hrs of your initial order and either arrange to refund your money or agree a new time-frame suitable for both parties.
Bespoke one-of-a-kind work can take anything from 6-8 weeks from the date the new design has been agreed. I will talk you through the bespoke design process first in a free initial design consultation, either by skype, whatsapp, phone or in person, whatever suits client before progressing further.
See the 'One-of-a-kind Jewellery Service' and 'One-of-a-kind Jewellery Enquiry Form' links on the home-page if you'd like to find out more about the process.
HOW DO I FIND OUT MY RING SIZE AT HOME?
A little patience required but this is do-able.
- Find a piece of string or strip of paper no wider than 1.4 cm (1/2 inch).
- Wrap it around the base of the appropriate finger, or the part of the finger you want it to sit on.
- Use a fine pen to mark the point on the string/paper where it overlaps, forming a complete circle.
- With a ruler, measure the length in mm from the starting end of the string/paper to the pen mark.
- Use the chart below to determine your UK ring size.
-
For the most accurate reading using this method measure the finger at the end of the day when the finger is the largest.
Here are some tips to make your ring size measurement more accurate:
- After sliding the paper ring sizer on, make sure it slides off fairly easily over the knuckle.
- Don't measure cold fingers. This is when fingers are their smallest.
G – 45.5mm, H – 46.7mm, I – 48mm, J – 48.7mm, K – 49.9mm, L – 51.2mm, M – 52.5mm, N – 53.8mm, O – 55mm, P – 56.3mm, Q – 57.6mm, R – 58.9mm, S – 60.1mm, T – 61.4mm
**Please note*** If you find your ring doesn't fit when it arrives, I will be happy to offer you one re-size up or down free of charge, however the original piece will need to be returned, and return postage will not be covered. Further re-sizes will be charged at standard rates starting from £30.

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY MION PIECE?
While I take every care to provide you with a quality product that will last, your jewellery can still tarnish or get bumped through general wear and tear. I advise that in order to keep your MION piece in the best condition possible, you put your jewellery on after dressing, and remove it before undressing. This will avoid any unnecessary tangling, twisting or crushing that may result in doing the opposite.
You will have been provided a MION recyclable box with your purchase, however a jewellery box is probably the best place to keep your piece out of harms reach. If you have been provided with an anti-tarnish cloth, you can gently buff your pieces as often as you like.
I do offer all of their customer's a lifetime minor wear and tear repair guarantee, however the level of repair offered will be decided at my discretion upon inspection.
I trust all of the above makes sense, but if you have any queries at all, please drop me an email to info@lovemion.com. I look forward to creating your next beautiful piece of jewellery!
